Guide will sanitize all stools or mats and tea pot or thermos before and after use. She will sanitize her hands before collecting tea plant. Tea plant will be kept in a sanitized container until use.
Hand sanitize before gathering and after gathering and before tea ceremony
Limit of 4 participants to ensure a six foot minimum distance between everyone at all times
No sharing of pieces of nature

PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN A
GUIDED FOREST THERAPY EXPERIENCE IF YOU:
- Have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days
- Have been identified by Public Health as a close contact
- of someone with COVID-19
- Have been told to isolate by Public Health
Are displaying any of the following new or worsening symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Extreme fatigue
- Cough or tiredness
- Loss of sense of smell or taste
- Headache
- Body aches
- Difficulty breathing
- Nausea or vomiting
- Sore throat
- Diarrhea
- Loss of appetite
Please maintain physical distancing of 2 metres.
